Went in to look for a new Tacoma and the staff was beyond horrible, terrible communication and you can truly tell all they care about is money and not making a good customer relation.

I don’t normally write reviews like this, but this is such a terrible dealership that I feel compelled to warn others. We purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from Toyota Bountiful. We had a positive experience at first, arriving at a mutually agreeable deal with their general sales manager. After that is when everything went horribly wrong.
