This was my first time buying a new car from what I thought was a good dealership. I bought a car from this dealership on 10/27/2020 and I told the salesman I wanted an all wheel drive vehicle. The Name of the person who sold me a FRONT WHEEL DRIVE car is Juston Bramhall. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Performance Toyota Bountiful. The service level has been top notch and service work has been performed expertly and at a good price. Back in 2013 when I bought my 2011 Toyota Sienna, the experience was also by far the best of any of the dealerships we visited and considered buying from.
ALWAYS take forever we dropped off at 9am and didn't get it back until after 5, we live right across the street and they didn't move it until 3pm. Not sure why they make morning appointments when they don't touch it all day
