The service was the pits,had a 10:30 appointment. Told me it would be about one and a half hour wait ,after waiting for over 2 HR. checked to see what the statues was on my car. They hadn't even started on it. waited another hour. over 3 hours for a oil change and lube job is nuts. What's the advantage of having an appointment???? . To their credit they didn't charge for my service. whether I ever go back remains to be seen. I'm not a happy customer!!!!
I had the seats, front and back, reupholstered in Toyota leather. They look beautiful and Toyota did such a great job. Had seat warmers put in also. So glad I did. Thank you Jadin and Zac.
Don’t put off having your car fixed. I have been putting it off afraid that I would have to leave it in the shop or wait to have it fixed. During my first visit to the shop the part was there and my car was fixed that day while I was at the eye Dr. I picked it up and drove home. Thanks bunches- now let the snow begin and Merry Christmas to all at Toyota!!
