We called Michael out a year ago because our bifold doors were heavy to open and close. He said we would need a new part - but suggested a cheaper solution that would keep us going for a while longer. That gave us another year. He’s fitted the part now and the bifold as are running like a dream. He’s friendly, polite and reliable. Huge positive recommendation from us.
My tenant called me up very anxious that the patio door was jammed and they wouldn't be able to enjoy the balcony during the summer. I called Michael in the morning, and due to a miscommunication on my part, he didn't come out at the agreed time. When I called him, he was so lovely and agreed to come out even though it was past 20.30!
