We have just used perfection carpets for the second time and I am so thrilled with the outcome. Richard and Lauren were incredibly patient with us while we went back and forth on our choices, and ending up recommending the perfect option for our stairs and hallway. The prices were very reasonable when we compared to another quote. If you’re in the market for new carpets or flooring, definitely use these guys!
I can’t recommend Richard and Lauren and the team highly enough! From friendly and professional service through to the laying of the carpets, the process was very smooth. Great choice of carpets, great communication and a fantastic end result. Richard came and measured as part of the service and from ordering to laying it was only a few days. They have their own trusted carpet layers who did an amazing job, especially on the stairs which had challenging angles. Highly recommended!

Customer service from Richard was first class. Good range of quality carpets & LVT. Excellent experience with a family run, friendly, professional company. Fitters Jamie & Craig did a great job. Would deffo recommend.
