Perfection Carpets were recommended to me and they certainly lived up to the recommendation. They provided great advice on the type of carpet that would be suitable for my hall, lounge and work area. Installation was arranged and completed within a fortnight. The two significant off cuts were then edged and transformed into a runner and a rug. Fabulous service from start to finish.
I bought a beautiful Wilton carpet from. Perfection for an excellent price.. They were very pleasant to deal with. On the day, the Fitter was efficient and did a beautiful job. After he had finished, the Owner and a friend of his, put all the furniture back, vacuumed the carpet and cleaned the glass tables. The whole room looked beautiful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a new carpet.
We had such a great experience with Perfection Carpets - they were incredibly friendly and helpful on the shop floor and let us take back (and actively encouraged) some samples to see how our flooring would look in the light and various points of the day. They were so helpful and knowledge about the flooring and what would work well for us. Richard came around to measure up very promptly - and we got our estimate shortly afterwards. We absolutely love our new carpet! Thank you Richard and Lauren for the great service. I would definitely recommend Perfection Carpets for their excellent service all round, from selection and advice, to final fitting. John did a great job fitting our carpet in the bedroom and the vinyl in the ensuite. I will 100% be a returning customer!
We have just used perfection carpets for the second time and I am so thrilled with the outcome. Richard and Lauren were incredibly patient with us while we went back and forth on our choices, and ending up recommending the perfect option for our stairs and hallway. The prices were very reasonable when we compared to another quote. If you’re in the market for new carpets or flooring, definitely use these guys!
