I cannot recommend Perfect Spine highly enough. I have completed six sessions with Jayson (Fox) having first attended a talk given by him on osteoarthritis. I was told I need a knee replacement and was having steroid injections to help with pain management. Thanks to Jayson who with both his knowledge and exercise regime the flexibility of my knee has increased and the intense pain lessened. I feel much more in control of my joint. Highly recommend 👌.
