They have closed and gone into liquidation🤬 anyone know how to get my records?
Warning stay away. I have paid £1175 for treatment to date and only received my £175 periodontal treatment. They have since cancelled my last appointment and despite trying to get hold of them I'm unable to... although did get an answer after repeatedly calling where someone shouted inaudibly then hung up!?... not looking good so onto cab for advice and try and get my £ back!
These guys seem to have gone out of business, I have been trying to ring since Thursday, for Emergency Treatment and have had no response. Avoid these.
I booked an appointment weeks in advance and travelled over 250miles there and back only to be disappointed as they were shut! I received no prior cancellation email or call informing me of this and their opening times on google also showed them as open according to their usual working hours. I waited over an hour outside the building, hoping that someone would show up and tried ringing them several times but no one picked up.
