I used Jordan for the 1st time yesterday, who recently joined Perfect Motion Physio. He was super friendly and after chatting understood my needs. He gave me the treatment that I needed and I left feeling like I was on the right track to recovery from all my running. I had a full leg deep tissue massage. Jordan was knowledgeable and got into all the areas that were tight and needed massaging. I would highly recommend both Jordan and Perfect Motion Physio for all your recovery needs or just everyday maintenance.
I highly recommend Becky Potts at Perfect Motion Physio and her holistic approach to women's health. Becky is very knowledgable, kind and compassionate and meets you beautifully where you are. Book yourself in, you'll be glad you did!
I saw Ian, the fourth physical therapist I had seen in two years to deal with a recurring injury. He very quickly realised that there was more to my injury than met the eye and recommended a scan for a hip impingement. All the other therapists I had seen had just kept treating me ineffectively without getting to the bottom of the issue. I would recommend Perfect Motion.
I've had a number of issues with my neck/shoulder/back over the last few years. The NHS is a busted flush in this regard. I've flirted with an osteopath next to my place of work up in Town, and a private physio where I live. But ultimately I always end up making the journey to the Cowdray estate, and to Perfect Motion/Bill Potts, as he is a magician. You might even say he's 'got my back'...? lol.
Very pleasant clean premises. Easy parking. Accommodating staff. Thorough professional physiotherapist practice.
