Excellent Business
The Customer Service representative Rashida Livingston did an excellent job in explaining and summarizing the differences between the bat caddy I was interested in purchasing. Ms Livingston even Took the time to response to my email outside of business hours which is very rare that a customer representative does this. That an employee that takes pride in her work, great job an thank you.
This is the second time in so many weeks that the guys at Perceptive Golfing have gone above and beyond to provide me with excellent customer service. Thanks Guys
