History Established in 1993. Diane Sayers mother to Denise Kimball is the mother to Courtney Kimball who's the grand daughter of Diane Sayers. Diane & I opened the cafe without one single shred of restaurant experience. We've grown & learned much. Diane has since has retired, Courtney graduated ASU, (Magna cum laude) & Frito snapped her away. So, it's just me (denise) & a powerful set of gals who help me run the front. I've been to the Peppersauce Cafe many times, the staff is attentive and very friendly, the menu is not overwhelming, yet I try something new each time I visit. The atmosphere is relaxed even though the cafe is almost always full and bustling with people, service times are quick, and the pricing is very affordable. I am always greeted with a smile, and leave with a full tummy. The chef and staff are top shelf and the passion is clear from the product and service they provide. Karlton
Rare treat in an industrial area. A hidden gem! Had the most delicious fresh salad you cold imagine. Can't wait to return!
