History Established in 1993. Diane Sayers mother to Denise Kimball is the mother to Courtney Kimball who's the grand daughter of Diane Sayers. Diane & I opened the cafe without one single shred of restaurant experience. We've grown & learned much. Diane has since has retired, Courtney graduated ASU, (Magna cum laude) & Frito snapped her away. So, it's just me (denise) & a powerful set of gals who help me run the front. Great pretzel burger they are huge and very juicy. Awesome service counter help was amazing just as waitress was on her A game. Thanks for a wonderful lunch
They have the best Tuna Melt ever! Servers are always friendly and quick. I've never had bad service here.
