History Established in 1993. Diane Sayers mother to Denise Kimball is the mother to Courtney Kimball who's the grand daughter of Diane Sayers. Diane & I opened the cafe without one single shred of restaurant experience. We've grown & learned much. Diane has since has retired, Courtney graduated ASU, (Magna cum laude) & Frito snapped her away. So, it's just me (denise) & a powerful set of gals who help me run the front. I was introduced to Pepper Sauce Cafe the day I started my new job,,, 7/10... We are like 2 minutes away! So thankful I was taken here for lunch! I LOVE this place, great food, excellent service and I just picked up lunch here again today, Can't wait to try more of your delicious meals! Wish you were open on the weekend so I could take my friends and family! But how great you can do so well that you are closed at 2 and no weekend work! WOW!!!
