History Established in 1993. Diane Sayers mother to Denise Kimball is the mother to Courtney Kimball who's the grand daughter of Diane Sayers. Diane & I opened the cafe without one single shred of restaurant experience. We've grown & learned much. Diane has since has retired, Courtney graduated ASU, (Magna cum laude) & Frito snapped her away. So, it's just me (denise) & a powerful set of gals who help me run the front. My bf and his parents stopped in on our visit to Arizona and everything we tried was so delicious and the staff was very nice and welcoming. If I’m ever in Arizona again we are definitely coming back. �
