History Established in 1993. Diane Sayers mother to Denise Kimball is the mother to Courtney Kimball who's the grand daughter of Diane Sayers. Diane & I opened the cafe without one single shred of restaurant experience. We've grown & learned much. Diane has since has retired, Courtney graduated ASU, (Magna cum laude) & Frito snapped her away. So, it's just me (denise) & a powerful set of gals who help me run the front.
