People in service and register are very rude and disrespectful!
We are faithful clients and recently had a very large bill there. We received a coupon about two weeks later and when I spoke with the manager he refused to honor the coupon. We were happy with the repair job, however the customer service is terrible!
Thanks for nothing Pep Boys of Hazlet you left me standing in the heat last Saturday waiting for a tire repair and you did nothing! My air was out in 3 days. Had to take to my car to another Pep Boys in Piscataway where they fixed my flat. Shame on you!!!!!!
