Today 2/26 I went in for wiper blade replacement, , I picked out my blade and had it put on , it was a defect, no problem , we went to get another blade and I was upgraded from the parts manager at no additional cost .... I always travel with my fur babies in my car and they mean they world to me , so I appreciate the kindness and great customer service from all at My local Pep Boys in Hazlet .. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone
Went in for a simple battery installment, I ended up being there for 3 hours because they broke a fuse. They did a "temporary" fix which meant they had to show me how to take my car out of park with a screw driver. Left feeling very upset. How does this happen? I'm calling corporate to complain and to have them pay for my repair at my car dealership because I dont want them to touch my car anymore even if it's to fix their own mistake.
Paid over $1000 to fix my husbands work truck and it breaks down up the block. The truck was brought to Pep Boys running. It needs some minor repairs. Fine. They said they fixed it. But now we are currently stuck in the rain because the truck broke down and they provided us with a tow truck company that can’t get us a tow truck. This is unacceptable business management. All they can say is oh we are sorry. Yeah well I’m sorry that your business sucks.
Since we are semi new to the area we have never been to this Pep Boys. My husband and I went to This location yesterday for wiper blades. Jorge was very helpful. We went again, today, and experienced immaculate service from Ken. He was very knowledgeable and super nice. Because of Ken, we will now be using this Pep Boys for any services. Our experience with Ken was amazing. Thank you for your immaculate customer service, Ken. You now have 2 new customers!
Ok service had a flat and they replaced the tire no problem.
