GREAT service from Dave and Jon in the Parts department! No hassle no BS on warranty return&replacement. Very helpful on answering auto troubleshoot&repair questions too, they really know their stuff!
They stole our van. We put it in the shop to be fixed and have never seen it again. I call the complaint line everyday but no manager has ever bothered to call me back. Not the area manager, district manager, or even the district Vice President.
Tech seem ok. Not a fan of the service manager I talked to. Had an appointment, quoted an hour for alignment when setting appointment. Arrived on time, told would be a total of hour to hour ten minutes. 1 hour later they had not pulled mine in to the bay. Service manager says we will still have it done in time because an alignment only takes 10 minutes. I should have took my keys and left then. Waiting about an hour more and late back to work. NO STAR!! What a joke of a place of business! Inspection on a work truck over $2405.95. It passed but they keep doing more stuff to jack the price up. Not to mention they have had the vehicle going on 10 days. We got it back after 7 days of a 2 day job and it leaked everywhere. Worse shape now than before it went in.
