pep boys offered to change my thermostat today on my 2002 Honda accord for only $425.. So l did it myself for $16.. Thanks Pep Boys for teaxhing me to NEVER EVER take my car there again .. ever.
Roanoke TX. location removed the tire sensors on my car and didn't put them back. Twice. I'll remove this rating when I get the sensors placed back on my car tires. All I did was get a tire change. Sending ratings to every location and site I can find. All I recall is that it was a smooth talking dike that changed the tires.
These guys, from Kevin, the Service Manager, to Brian and Oscar, are absolutely awesome! My car was such a nightmare for Oscar and they were able to pinpoint the exact problem and fixed it. I have complete confidence in these guys. Can't say enough!

Walked in, two women at counter, I wasn't acknowledged. Walked around, was passed by not one, but two employees, not acknowledged. Found what I was looking for: bug deflector for my '16 Silverado about $130, back up camera for my Silverado about $199, plate cover about $13, guess where I DIDN'T spend my money? On my way out passed two of the three employees and no one acknowledged me even though I received eye contact. Am I too brown? Is it the time change? Were they having drama? Horrible customer service. Service manager and service advisor Recommended and completed service repairs that were not needed against advice of their technician. Caused damage during repair while losing wheel lock key.
