Great customer service in the automotive department.
Service was good had an alignment rotate and balance tires and they & checked out brakes and we were out within an hour and a half . Good job guys��
Won't match competitor pricing and is exactly 100 bucks per tire more. No match, no business. That policy sucks and is very outdated.
Made an appointment to get tires for today. Show up and no tires...they would have to order them. This means a cancelled trip for us as it depended on new tires. Thank you jessee for not having tires and for being off till Friday so we cabt even talk to you. outstanding Customer service....NOT
It's rare that people ever give good reviews, but I'm going to give one! The crew at Pep Boys is great. The shop manager (?) Jesse, is a great guy and will do whatever he can to make sure your vehicle gets fixed in a timely manner. Granted, situations somewhat beyond their control, caused my Jeep to be in longer than usual, they still took care of everything. I'm always satisfied taking my spouses and my vehicles there. They do good work and are less pompous than some specialty shops where I have had work done on my Jeep. I ... read more
