This was one of the slowest places I’ve ever been to for service, the technicians are not good the service writers are worse I will never ever go back to this Pep Boys ever again
Roanoke TX. location removed the tire sensors on my car and didn't put them back. Twice. I'll remove this rating when I get the sensors placed back on my car tires. All I did was get a tire change. Sending ratings to every location and site I can find. All I recall is that it was a smooth talking dike that changed the tires.
Had two oxygen sensors replace for my 2008 Kia Sorento and it cost $130.00 for one and $140.00 for the other. The Kia dealership wanted $500.00 each. Later I will have them change out the driver's side door outside handle for $78.00 when the dealership wants $400.00.
Totally un-helpful. Slow. Bad attitude and just all around disappointing. Did not fix my car. Was sent away unhappy.
I had my car towed here. The said i needed a timing belt. I end of having it towed the same day they finish to another shop cause it was running bad after they were done. . The other shop said the timing belt was not lined up right which cause motor problems. Will not ever return. An they will ne hearing from my lawyer.
Nice guys, great service. They worked as fast as they could to get my new tire on. I'll definitely return for any future need. One complaint- customer waiting room was extremely dirty... dirty floors, paper and trash on floor, smudged windows.
This place is awesome- shout out to the gentlemen that helped me with my tires. He was kind, professional, and very understanding. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but still remember his kindness👍🏻
