Shout out to your man in parts! Needed new headlight bulb...he installed it for me and explained what/how he was doing it. 60 yrs old and I had no idea how to do that. Well do now! Thank you for your time and help.
Horrible customer service ! 3 weeks ago i had made an appointment for an alignment. I was told my truck needed 1600$ in work. $100 in parts it was fixed per the invoice. I called yesterday to set an appointment and was told by John it was walk ins. I called back 20 minutes later ( John ) I asked to set an appointment and he FINALLY DID. I got there this morning and found the appointment was for tomorrow. Stopped by bandys and they told me a hole new set of problems on the other side. Did you people miss that side ? Always great customer service and quality work. Very entertaining and informed staff in the service department. Plus wi-fi and tv and plenty to do in the area while your car is serviced. P.s. Dont give mumble mouth too hard of a time! Lol. He did a great job!
