Very bad service, no one is here all bays empty but one, and we are sitting and waiting, and waiting, guys working here are sitting around talking, laughing and our tires are just sitting there, not being put on rims. Wow awful customer service, my first and last time coming to Pepboys. I see now why there is no one here!
If you are hard of hearing and try to get a quote via email don't try... they pass the buck so much that its all warn out by the time you get frustrated.
Traveling through on a Saturday needed a bias ply tire. In and out in less than an hour and I witnessed Jason and others convey kindness and great customer service. Plus...the Rifleman was on tv
My husband got to pep boys at 8:30 this morning. They have made him wait all day on his jeep to be fixed. No lunch no nothing and its going on 5:00 pm and he is STILL waiting on his jeep. Bad bad bad service.
2 1/2 hours into a simple oil change. That's it. Just change the freaking oil. Had dinner and went to the grocery store. My car is still in the air. #neveragain
