I wish I could give more than 5 stars. The staff is incredible and their service is even better. I had 4 brand new Cooper tires put on my car. I dealt with the same employee from start to finish. Alex is wonderful. He got me the price I wanted, fit me in exactly when I needed, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I've never had better service! I will recommend them forever and will not take my business anywhere else!
Got an oil change Friday the 29th and they didn't put oil back in! Now I have no truck an I'm going to lose my job! and no they're NOT touching my truck again!!!
I have had nothing but an absolutely amazing experience with them! The whole team but especially Christian showed nothing but kindness, patience and understanding toward us and our distress from breaking down 5 hrs from home. He even saved us money by telling me about the towing they offer. So thank you Pep Boys for making our break down less stressful and for all of your help! I wish more places treated their customers this way♡

I am always treated good here and they never do work not needed but do tell me about it what is going on. Thier always triing ti do good job at fair price.
The staff were so nice and understanding.After Walmart made me wait two hours to tell me they can't change my battery I decided to buy it and take it to pep boys to put it in. Walmart sold me the wrong battery and I am on a tight budget. Pep boys worked with me and negotiated on a good price and put it in for me no extra charge. I needed a jump to get there so I was so happy they made sure I didn't have to drive any further with a dead battery.
I got an oil change in my car yesterday and they were friendly and great to work with! I always get great service here!
