I made an appointment here to get my car looked at bc check engine light is on. I understand I know nothing about how to fix a car but I don’t deserve to be treated like an idiot. I had a code from onstar showing where the issue is and the man didn’t care. Just said 99 dollars for a diagnostic check. Not paying 99 dollars for something that I just got from Onstar for free.
I want to thank the young man who aired all my tires up when my lights and warnings went off. No where could I find any station with a gentleman. PEP BOYS said pull around and 1 2 3 I was mobile again. He would not let me pay him. Thank you and I'm certain you will be rewarded for your kindness.

I bumped into Christian in the parking lot, he asked what I was there for I told him I needed a tire tread gauge. He asked what I was wanting to check and I told him I thought another shop had duped me into thinking they rotated my tires. I knew I had one newer tire on front cause I had it sliced while in 4WD and had it replaced under tire warranty. Sure enough he had a gauge in his pocket and we checked, and sure enough the front right was still the best tire. Took it back and made them rotate the tires while I watched. Chr... read more
RIP off artists rude customer service and total liars. Will never use this sorry place again. I AM A DISABKED VETERAN AND SO HAPPY THAT I SERVED FOR PIECES IF CRAP LIKE THE ONES THAT WORK THERE. Y'all stuck. Terrible rude service manager. Talking to a lawyer about what they did to me. My truck is in worse shape than when I went in, Ten thumbs down.
I got a flat tire in Springfield (I’m from out of state and was just stopped for the night) and they fit me into their schedule to fix it on a busy Sunday and helped me out! Alex was awesome and very nice. Thank you guys so much!
Worst customer service ever, went in last week to purchase a hat my Dad had seen on the website. They didn't have it but offered to order it and said it would be in today, went into the store two different times because they were still unloading the truck. 2nd time I was told the order was placed but they can't find it because it might of been "discontinued" but it's still on the website you can order it and have it shipped to the store through the website???
