I had my car overheating almost 2 hours from home. They charged me $400 and sent me with one of the worst oil leaks Meineke said they had ever seen. The 400 entailed a diagnostic, new belt and oil cleanup. if they couldn't fix the car why start the process? Will not recommend. They took advantage of an out of towner.

Happy with my service today! I was having some serious AC issues and it was recommended that I go here to get it looked at ASAP before things got worse. They squeezed me in quickly and were able to get my AC running better without costing me an arm and a leg, and sent me off with recommendations for further care/fixes when it's more feasible for me, including ways to help break-down payments or lower the cost. Jason especially was very helpful and super-nice!
I've taken my vehicle to them for years always do a great job, the people there are always polite and courteous. I've always felt their pricing is very fair.
They had my car for TWO DAYS before they even ran diagnostics on it. PATHETIC waste of time
I made an appointment and took my car in for an oil change on the recommendation of a friend. The oil change took an hour and a half! They seemed to be confused about how much oil should go in the car, but finally got it done. Towards the end, I noticed the car was back up on the rack. I was told that the mechanic had forgotten to put the undercarriage shield back on. Then 5 days after the oil change, the undercarriage shield fell off while driving after a bolt fell out!
