I booked an oil change appointment for 10am. I arrived promptly on time and was told it would be 40 minutes before they could get to it. I asked about their 30 minute guarantee, and he said he couldn't do it. I wound up staying (big mistake) and finally got out after and hour and 15 minutes. He wound up overcharging me, they didn't rotate my tires (I specifically asked this up front) as they didn't fill the tires with air (gauges are still showing low tire pressure). They are really slow . our appointment was at 1230 and they didn't start on vehicle till 1:20
Just got tires on my Suzuki, which was long overdue, and Lee and all the guys at Pep Boys treated me so well! They did a great job and my car now drives like a new one again. They gave me a fair price and even offered to help me finance the job they did when I voiced concerns about how I was going to afford the tires. I couldn't ask for better service than I got there. Shout it from the rooftops........"Pep Boys ROCKS!!!!!" Thanks guys! Love Y'all!
Eh, I'm not normally one to complain about a business publicly, however... PLEASE, do not have your vehicle services at Pep Boys. EVER. I used to use them when I had a fleet vehicle and it was always awful. Ended up here today by default and I'm FIVE hours in to what was supposed to be an hour and a half service. It's been a completely wasted work day and I can't make up this lost time that I should be working in another state. Frustrated doesn't even cover it...
Takes much too long to get work completed, an hour to an hour and a half for oil and filter change is unsat.
