I was very happy with their service and they were able to put all 4 tires with balance in a timely manner. Even though they were busy the front desk people were pleasant and helpful.
Jusy ONE TIME can I go in for an oil change without you all pretending their is something wrong with my car?!
Dewight takes care of my daughter, every time she has a problem. No better service tech. And I am a fleet manager in another state, He is the best!
Can't say enough about the customer service at this store. They actually stepped up and admitted fault in their previous work, work I thought some other place had done on my back brakes. They replaced my front brakes as requested, and comped the replacement of my back brakes. And even though my labor warranty was expired, by 4 months, they comped that as well. They will get all my future business!!
I just had a flat tire on Peters Road and was able to crawl into Pep Boys a little after seven. They were backed up and weren't going to be able to get me in before they closed at 8. A girl named Caroline had just clocked out and was walking out the door, but stopped and said "I may be able to help!" She went to get her tools out of the car and after a little bit of finagling was able to get my tire patched and I was out the door at 8. Staff was friendly and helpful. Honest in their work every time.
I had an appointment for 5:30 just for a oil change and a tire rotation I asked for mobile1 oil I guess they didn't think I would check the receipt. And before I went in I marked my tires they did not rotate my tires and they use Pennzoil oil needless to say I will never go back to that place again
