I took my truck in for an alignment they improperly did the alignment causing damage to my ball joints I've had to take it to another repair shop to get the ball joints done now they are refusing to refund my money because it was their fault due to employees that do not know what they're doing the employees are rude they have bad customer service I would not take my vehicle there for any type of service
these are the most rudeness of people I wish hertz would go back dealing with firestone.....you are in and put and most respectful have to wait for a oil chg for 3 hrs

Thank you to Pep Boys tonight! Had a screw in my back tire and they removed the screw and checked the tire and it was ok (didn’t leak). They didn’t charge me anything. Highly recommend them! They could have upsold me a new tire, but they were honest! Also Thank you Corey Goins! I recommend Pep Boys in West Knoxville! 👍
Two incidents on different cars. Messed up an oil change and stripped oil plug so had to replace oil pan, and today I went in for new tires and they put wrong size tire on my SUV! It’s aggravating when you spend a fortune on vehicle maintenance and can’t get it right the first time and bcuz you’re a woman, they seem to think we don’t know anything about cars! And when I came back the man working wanted to argue with me( Customer is ALWAYS Right #1 Rule as a CSR) SMH 🤦♀️ Won’t be back to Pep Boys, HIGHLY Disappointed 😔
