I went to this location in a predicament and they promised they would help me out in a timely fashion. Their customer service is poor and they tell you whatever you want to hear so you use their business. When I asked to speak to a manager about the issue and after multiple hours of waiting, he or she would not take 5 minutes out of their busy schedule. RecommendedMy son popped a tire on his way to Savannah GA late this afternoon. Pep Boys was the only Tire store that he called that was willing to get new tire put on today. He said the staff was super nice and went above and beyond to get him on his way. Even stayed past closing time. Highly recommend Pep Boys.

The worst and cheating experience I ever had is here. They sold me the new battery twice in one month! Even my new battery they sold to me is still under warranty! Aaa tow my car here this noon and I told the store manager to change the alternator. The aaa staff tests the battery is still good but not the alternator. RecommendedWe got a flat tire in Alys Beach. On Easter this was the only Pep Boys 40 miles away that had our tire. The tow truck took over 3 hours to get to us and we were racing against the clock to get here before they closed at 4 pm. Cody and his team waited for us as we arrived at 3:57 and changed the tire. We now have a 5 hour drive back to Ocala but are forever grateful that’s they helped us
