Waited 6 hours (no exaggeration) for a tire change only for them to come into the waiting are 15 minutes before they close to tell me that they’re unable to complete the job. If I could give it a zero rating I most definitely would, but I’ll begrudgingly setting for giving a 1.
he had a 330 appointment to get four tires changed no going on the vehicle and it almost 5 and still not done not a happy customer they are very slow

Got new tires and the service was great. I was quoted the buy 3 get the fourth free. Even though the guy that does the alignments was about to leave he stayed and did mine for me. After replacing my tires the mechanic told me my tire pressure light would be on since he also replaced all the valves. After driving for two minutes the light went off. So tired of the hidden fees and sneaky ways to not honor a coupon. Husband and I as well as my adult children have done a lot of business here over the years well that ends tonight . Overcharged fixing things that don't need fixed yet not fixing what needs to be fixed. Daughter there today and they did not honor our rewards card coupon instead signed her up her own so she couldn't use coupon. You lost 5 customers at the very least over $5 as the final straw.
Made an appointment just to get tires put on. Two hours later the manager had to manspalin to me why there was nary a tire on my vehicle after two hours. I proceeded to be talked down to for the rest of my visit. Will avoid at all costs. Never again.
You really don't deserve any Stars considering yall worthless mf's changed my oil and cracked something on my vehicle that had NO problems what so ever before you guys touched my car. Half ass non mechanic mf's will be hearing from my lawyer if my shit is not fixed TODAY!!! PERIOD!!!! Yall need to stick to tired n quit hiring people to repair or work on vehicles from the slums with a half ass mechanical degree.
