I had a great experience at Dover Pep Boys. Customer Service Rep. Bob was very helpful, polite, patient, and caring. I had to get new brakes, pads, and rotors--- he made sure my wait was pleasant and not long. Bob waited on me within a good time frame. Some items needed (in my price range) were out of stock, he made sure that I got best price for better grades. Bob explained the work involved explicitly. He demonstrated care for his customers. I just wanted to say, "thank you."
Bring a book or a smart phone with a charger! Cause No matter what you're in for, it'll be AT LEAST 3 hours...... : (
They never answer the phone when you call. You have to keep calling back every half hour just to get someone.
Not the best for scheduling appt, but if they take to long they will take care of you.
