Just bought 4 tires and had them installed. My husband set up the order and appointment online. As soon as i arrived i spoke with the assistant manager about making the appointment because i saw buy 3 get the fourth free. He totally disregarded my inquiry. They did however price match a similar tire that we wanted because the one's we ordered were not in stock since there was no truck in the two days between. I had a horrible experience here. First I'm from Pennsylvania and I drive to Delaware on a daily basis. Well my car broke down to later find out it was a fuel pump at pep boys in Dover Delaware near Dover downs . It took them a hour and 30 minutes to realize it was the fuel pump and charged me 98 for that diagnostic test . And then they charged 898 dollars for the whole work which took them till 1:30pm . Fuck this joint. Went in for a rattle on my drivers side rear. Told me my front struts needed replaced! I WENT IN FOR A FUCKING RATTLE ON MY REAR RIGHT TIRE WELL!!!!! 1700 Later I drove out with A FUCKING RATTLE IN MY RIGHT REAR WHEEL WELL!!!! Had the work checked. NOTHING WAS REPLACED. FUCK THESE SCUMBAGS!!!!

This is the most shittiest place ever. Ripping off people.
I've stopped at this store on 2 occasions. I live in Atlanta, so I'm from out of town, and on both occasions these folks were in a perfect position to take advantage of my being in a hurry and stranded. However on both occasions I received the opposite. The service was fantastic, fast and affordable even though they were clearly busy. Well done ladies and gents. You give your company a good name.
I went in for oil change & wiper blades. They put wrong next oil change mileage on the window sticker, and installed the wrong wiper blades. I had to go back for the correct blades. Not sure I'll go back.
Horrible mechanics ! Came in to have tires put on that I purchased online. They finished that in 20 minutes then decided to start playing under my hood for 2 hours. They are ridiculously over priced for their shitty service
