RecommendedI had good experiences and customer service with both Aaron and Max at the front desk. I ended up going to the Baymeadows location, which is closer to home, on Aaron's recommendation due to what my repair concerned. and it was resolved. I was very happy with service at Orange Park back in February which is why I returned there this time.
I took my car there multiple times and they couldn't fix the problem. Due to the company's 60 day policy I took it back to another Pep Boys location who again couldn't fix the problem. I returned to this Pep Boys and they kept me without a vehicle for almost three weeks after previously telling me it would be a day or two of waiting multiple times. RecommendedVery friendly and the workers Paola and Justin were the best customer service ever.
They would not honor warranty on my battery claiming it was purchased at the store not the repair shop. I asked to speak to the manager, Larry Corbin, I was told he was at lunch. I waited for 16 minutes. He finally came out,walked past me and ignored me and went into the shop and never came out. I can’t recall the last time I was treated this poorly. I recommend you stay away from this place. It’s a shame I used to go there for parts and tools all the time.
RecommendedToday Saturday aug 13th my truck had a flat tires I was pulling a Horse trailer down 294. I was having a hard time finding a place in the area that carries that size tire, I ended up going to this pep boys because they had it in stock. I was told a 1.5 hour wait, but after I told them the situation with the horse trailer they had me out the door in 20 minutes. I really appreciate you guys helping me out AND it turned out it was only the valve stem popped.
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! They do not care about your property or what they do to it. Our vehicle was brought in and was there for a full day and then they called to say they couldn't do the work. Our car was UNABLE to be reassembled and left their shop pieced together on a FLAT BED TRUCK as it was UNDRIVEABLE. Went for a tire replacement that had warranty and was less than a month old, but somehow they couldn't find my stuff and tried to charge me for a new tire.

RecommendedI went through caradvise.com for appointment and payment. Appointment at 9 am today, dropped off at 840 am, received authorization at 1006 am, called at 344 pm and oil change was not started. I was told authorization wasn't received on the company's (pepboys) end, he refreshed and then saw it. Said guy was on lunch, give about 35 mins.
