New store is very nice a lot more stuff in stock and speed equipment available
I would click on zero stars if I could. I had the radiator and cooling system replaced and later that same day the antifreeze all leaked out and the car won't run. And had tremendous trouble getting a towing service. DO NOT USE PEP BOYS!!!!!!
I went to the Dover store with no appointment. I was treated very well and walked out with 4 new tires. I have no complaints at all. Mark was very helpful. The service was great. The price fair.
I would rate this a negative if I could.You don't deserve any stars. Facebook needs to come up with a poop emoji . you would be rated 5 poop emojis. Everything about this establishment sucks. The waiting room looks like a portal to hell. We brought the car in to get one (1) uno lug nut off.... 2 hr wait.. ok no problem let me get comfortable in your plastic chair ...... 5 hours later when i ask for the keys back they said you're literally next... only to give me someone elses bag They did proceed to tell me they take bigger ... read more
Done dirt cheap....................................
Took over two hours to install 2 tires. First they installed the wrong tires and then told me that I needed additional work, which I declined. The service tech. didn't relay that to the mechanic who stopped working on my car while waiting for the parts to do the work that I had declined. Finally I had to ask what the delay was and they realized the problem. Service was either having a bad day or something is lacking management. ***Incidentally it was that busy.
I've had nothing but a hard times thanks to trusting the boys . Bought 4 tires notice that the balance wasn't right or if even done .Took them back had them to balance them again.still wasn't good but not as bad .All 4 tires had 30 psi .Not good for a 20 inch truck tire .And yesterday I go get the rotation and balance told them twice I have a slow leak left front tire .2 hours later there done and ask about my tire what did they find wrong and they said we didn't know you had a leak lol .Anyway I'm sooo done with that place ... read more
Placed an order online last Monday called on Thursday they said order was in.. made arrangements for my brother to pick up only to be told the order was cancelled....now I have to make arrangements again or drive 40 minutes to pick up myself.. poor customer service and incompetent employees.. they don't care how they inconvenienced the customer..
