Knowledgeable staff, helpful mechanics, great prices and inventory. Thanks, Carlos, Phill and Milton. Been cars in for service for over a decade. Consistent great service, polite, professional staff.
Very bad courtesy in service, this was my 2nd time experience. I am sure wont go for 3rd time for service :(. They really need properly trained front desk staff.. who can at least tell customer to educate about issue in car and give some recommendation. And one of the most furious thing I noticed was that part price they charge it ~ 2.5 time then its showing up online/ in store price... .
Crappiest customer service!!!! They did my tired without balancing them..had to take it to another tire shop where they did it for free. Will never go there again. Waited over 3 hours to get a tire changed.
