I don’t recommend this place even if you get an appointment. There have been other times where I have not been satisfied with their work. And this is from the experience from another person I know that has been going there for her services. They don’t get their work done in a timely manner. I came in for my car and there were three workers on their phones and not working. Not good for the customer.
Awful. Over 3 hours for an oil change and brake inspection, and I had an apt. Staff is unprofessional using profanities walking around store floor and not offering help. Do not come here.
Never again will I take my car to @pepboys for a simple oil change. Apparently an appointment only guarantees that the work will get done.. not that your car will start at the appointment time, or you'll be out before store closing. Over 2hrs for an oil change. NEVER AGAIN. and when you make an online appointment, they'll tell you "we dont normally take appointments for 7pm." so take the option off.
The Stevens Creek Blvd has a helpful staff and the inside of the store is well maintained. The store is not very good at being a good neighbor and part of the community. Trash and derby are on all sides of the business. I have watched their employees outside smoking and dropping cigarette butts on the ground. The trash In front of the building is always overflowing. went to have alternator replaced, rep stated they have to stop the coolant before changing, he broke the line didn't tell me its leaking everywhere, didnt fix alternator car won't start ,called customer care who did nothing now I'm standing in their parking lot they're mad cause I'm mad,and wont fix my car, this dumb guy says the car has to be flashed, if this the case why you take the car in the first place, and why it started twice before putting it outside garage worst customer service ever !!!!!!!!!!
