RecommendedI showed up 2 hours before closing to have a warranty battery replacement. they took care of it and even stayed after hours a few minutes to verify the alternator was working properly. They were courteous and professional.
Very slow...told me couple hours for oil change and rotate, don’t expect anything from this store, not friendly and very slow!!! 2 hours pass my car still parked at the same spot!!!
I went early app at 8 took my car said about 3 hours I was out in 2, tires put on, cust service was great, I have always gone for tire service, it was more than I wanted to pay but it had tocbe done. Thanks to Tony for going the extra mile and making phone calls and calling me back to let me know. I appreciate that. And the lady that helped me at the counter, im sorry i don't remember your name but,you were great and answered all my questions.

My appointment was 8:30 am. So i went early like 7:30 but they finished my car 1:33 pm. And im watching them working so stupid.. the mechanic just walked around and chatin to the other mechanic.. what a slow service.. i dont want to go back there anymore.. take note i called for appointmen on wed for friday.. and its just changing a new tire.. wow..
Awesome service & so quick !! I had a dead battery, was in at 5:56 pm & was done by 6:55 pm. All done ✅ so pleased. Excellent job Tony !!
I'd select a zero star rating if it were possible. This place is unbelievably terrible with respect to customer service!! My appointment has come and gone. Waiting over 5 hours now for a simple tire patch. Reps continuously tell you "oh you're next up, just one more hour." Completely unacceptable and utterly frustrating.
Customer Service is best bar none. The guys are friendly, honest, and straight up if there is a back up of cars. I saw a lady today being a brat with the guy at the desk and he was cool as a cucumber and courteous. Had my Zombie Response Vehicle checked out today and it was smooth sailing after that. Thanks guys!
