K first i tried to get my brake light fixed on Friday by them but they said it was already filled up no more customers really a simple brake light so i came back on Sunday and wow done half hour it was sweet no more worries

Es una mierda de servicio en la tienda de STEVENS CREEK BLVD SAN JOSE ya k siempre k llevo mi carro a hacerle solo un cambio de aceite me tardan de 6 a 8 hrs y ay ocaciones k me lo han entregado hasta el dia siguiente y es algo ridiculo k se tarden tanto pinche tiempo solo para cambiar el aceite ? Mas a parte los mecanicos de ese lugar son pesimos ya k he comprado llantas en esa misma tienda y supuestamente te revisan el carro de la suspension pero eso es mentira ya k una ocacion no se fijaron k tenia una pieza rota de la su... read more

Checked car in for same day service to replace headlight and wipers. Called that night, said it was done. Arrived at 10 am next day. 11:17 and I'm still standing here. No urgency. They don't give a shit.

i was in line to buy a bottle of oil, while some clown was arguing with the manager & a cashier was standing there, doing nothing. after a couple of minutes of waiting, i tossed the bottle on the counter & left. if you want paying customers, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

I took my car in because the battery light came on. Francisco the services manager was a HUGE help. He went over and above to make sure that my car was fixed in a timely manner. Took my car in around 10:30am without a appointment to get the alternator switched out. It was finished the same day around 4:30pm. I am more than thankful for all the hard work Francisco and his mechanics have done. Best service I've received in a long time... Someone deserves a raise!
