I have never used pep boys service but i have ordered parts from their website. Got exactly what I wanted, very prompt delivery to my front door. They were very helpful on processing any rebates I was supposed to recieve. The prices were excellent. I will continue to order from them and will refer all my friends. Thank you pep boys for helping the working man save money.
I went to pep boys today at this location trying to buy a tired cuz my tire was flat and wanted to purchase a tire but my temporary card was experide. I ask one of the managers to see if I could call my brother and see if I could pay with my brother debit card with he's date and the 4 digit number on the back and the manager rudely told me no he can't . I'm very upset with this location customer service. I had to put my flat tire back and drive off away . I could of gotten in an accident. I'm not a happy customer
Pep boys in Dacula GA will rob you BEWARE!!! I went in for a check engine light diagnostics. Was told the air pump was bad and for 500 or would be taken care of and that everything else in my engine was good. Paid the 500 rode it out. 2 days later guess what check engine light is back on. When I call they kind of pre warn me 3 times oh it's going to be another code before even being looked at. Sure enough it's another code and they want another 500 bucks.
