I was helped by a man named James. He helped me find the parts I needed and in the middle of ringing me up. after he asked for my last name, he managed to fit in "Well, you look almost American"... wow. Just wow. Spent 2,000 dollars for tires and tire related service only to leave with a check engine light and a smoking engine. There are no words for how upset and dissatisfied I am. I expect this issues to be resolved or I will be contesting all other charges to my credit card and seeking leagal recourse.
The team took care of me in a quick turnaround. I appreciate them moving with a sense of urgency and bringing in the human side of thier execution of Customer Service
The worst service ever. Wanted to purchase a part and was passed from one person to another. Never got part. When I called back the person claiming to be management was as rude as rest of the staff. Sad to see this place go down so fast.
I've been a loyal customer here for years Especially when john was the service manager. (I'm the guy who rescued those girls from the attacker that he ended up tackling to the ground) and normally pleased. However I dropped my car off yesterday at 3pm appointment I had made online and it's now 4pm the next day and still haven't been contacted and I called today at noon and they hadn't looked at it yet.
