Took my car to Pep Boys on Piedmont and my car has not driven right since. I went for a simple oil change just to have my engine light come on the next day. Now, while waiting a week and still no call back from corporate, my car now smells like smoke. Of course they are going to say they did nothing wrong. Do not ever visit this location:- 3884 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30319, i have experienced how this guys robbing people. I just went there for replace battery terminal they said $250 and i left from there i went other place they fixed it in just $55 bucks. Battery Terminal part cost is just $10. If someone is charging $55 bucks which is ok but this people just making fool and robbing. Took my car for a battery change and they destroyed the prongs of my mass airflow sensor. Now they refuse to acknowledge any fault even though they have been the only ones to touch my engine since I bought the car AND the check engine light came on the day after I got my battery changed. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION.
Extremely long wait time. My appointment was at 11am today on 06/29/2019. I’m currently here waiting for my oil change at 2:01pm. I was advised by the service desk that is was a SCIENCE behind booking the appointments, meaning you don’t get your scheduled appointment when selecting the specified time 🤣. They are definitely not teaching this type of SCIENCE in grades K-12 or at the collegiate level.
Barry and Chris worked me in so that I could get home to Tennessee after popping my tire on a pothole.
