So I went to Pep Boys on the corner of Lindbergh and Piedmont . 2nd time here today and worst customer service. All i need is a car battery. Its that simple. Replace it. But they don't want to unless i pay them additional 20 dollars cash outside of the purchase off not listed on receipt. Shady. I'm already paying 190 for the highest priced battery. BOSH only 1 in stock but hey look...while waiting they sell A PROSTART to another guy. Definitely reporting this to pepBoys corporate.
Literally the worst service ever. I saw the mechanic marckeith or however his name is spelt replacing my oil change . To me it looked like he placed the wrong oil in my car , when I asked the cashier if that was the correct syn. Oil he said no, let me go find out . Next minute you know the mechanic comes storming in blurting that he didn't put the wrong oil and etc . If I could leave 0 stars I would. My friend's car was stolen from their property on Piedmont Road. Do NOT leave your car here overnight.
They are less than Zero Call customer service a 1000 times to return a dead battery They do everything they can not to be of help
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE> I recently had a repair job done which took two trips and three times the original quoted time, not to mention four times as expensive as the project started out. No updates were EVER given, not even when the incorrect parts were ordered and another day was added to the timeline. If I could give them no stars, I would. Made an appointment for 1030 for them to change one of my tires. I waited 3 hours for them to change one tire. What's the point of making an appointment if you have to wait 3 hours for one tire? I will never return. thank you
