I always come here for all my car needs, the gentlemen at the front desk are always helpful and very polite. They always call within an hour or two to let you know the details about what is wrong with your car and to give you an estimate. I never have any problems and have been coming here for about 3-4 years. I highly recommend them! :)
Horrible service, horrible, unfriendly staff Don't go here. Staff is rude and incompetent. Took them six hours to fix whatever was wrong, my check engine light had come on. They said there was only 2 cars in front of me. Tell me why I saw about 30 cars go in from of me and many people leave before me that came in after me. Also, my check engine light came back on a day later. So I went back to get it fixed...again. The lady told me it would cost me $50 just to do a test...even though I was there a day before and I even showe... read more
Don't go here. Staff is rude and incompetent. Took them six hours to fix whatever was wrong with my check engine light. They said there was only 2 cars in front of me. Tell me why I saw about 30 cars go in from of me and many people leave before me that came after me. Also, my check engine light came back again. So I went there to get it fixed. The lady told me it would cost me $50 just to do a test...even though I was there a day before and I even showed me my receipt. I cannot stress how horrible this place is.

Oh, and last time we were there, they also broke one of our lugnuts, they didn't replace it, and once we noticed it was missing we called the store, and they tried to say that we did it...then they fessed up!
Worst Service in Fayetteville! OMG! There was a time when the service was pretty good but I don??t know what happened. I was told by customer service to make an appointment in the morning- which I did. It took them 8 hours to change one tire and they didn??t even call me when it was done. However that??s not the worst thing that happened...wait for it...the idiots placed my bad tire back on my truck! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I've always heard the bad stories about this place, but never actually knew it until I experienced it. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning to get a part installed. I was told they were backed up therefore it would take a few hours, I thought it was understandable so I had someone pick me up. Shift Blame! They didn't call me after it was finished, then said they had and left a message. Hours later I get my vehicle back. The service guy was defensive when I asked him simple questions. I payed to have the battery service and it wasn't. Additionally, I had a misfire that three other mechanics say was because of too rich of mixture due to a coolant temp sensor being out. Dents In My Car Had struts replaced on my car, and while replacing the struts, they dented the front fender of my car and insisted I get 3 estimates, to be submitted for approval from corporate HQ, which would take several weeks. Meanwhile I payed over $600 for the work to be done to my car, now I have to wait for Corp HQ to decide if they wanna pay for the dents to be fixed and how much they are willing to pay if at all. This place sucks, keep them away from your car if you value it.
