RecommendedI have been having issues with my asthma. I could not take a deep breathe before going into the salt cave. I noticed results when the session was done. Now 3 hours later I can breathe deeply. Very relaxing. The owner was very nice and able to answer questions regarding the health benefits.

The health benefits of Halo-therpy is tremendous for the body and clears the head as well. One session in and could already feel the benefits breathing wise as soon as I left the cave. Will definitely be going back.
Very beautiful and relaxing space. Wonderful place to do yoga. What I noticed after class is that my breathing appeared better. It was noticeable because I had a little post cold nasal congestion. After class-my breathing was clear and unobstructed.

The salt mine is so relaxing and healthy and healing everything about it is good
This is one of the few things that helps me to breathe better ( lung scarring) and to relax (insomnia) when very few other things have ,It is highly affordable for the results it gives. As a massage therapist I suggest this to my clients as a way to relax and many have tried it and loved it.
