RecommendedI wasn’t sure what to expect, but I LOVED the salt cave! My first time was this past Saturday with my best friend. The women working were so kind and fantastic they explain everything in great detail and answered any and all of the questions we had with so much knowledge behind every answer! It was so relaxing and was a great place to meditate! We will be back!
Was there last night for a JFL meeting. I have C.O.P.D., sinus issues and allergies. I was apprehensive about the concept. Let me tell you, I really felt a so much better after coming out of the cave. I would recommend this to everyone. what a great experience and I will definitely be returning on a regular basis. Went through Peoria yesterday and stopped in for my first session. It was awesome. Nice atmosphere and relaxing. Made me cough a few times so figured it was working. Think I will go again when near Peoria as it is two hours away.

I had a wonderful experience here, thanks to my sister treating me to a session. Great experience. Very relaxing and I'm breathing better than I have for months! We only did the 45 minute session, but it felt like hours laying on a beach. I highly recommend this place!
