I have Fibromyalgia and this heat has been rough on me. I went yesterday to the Salt Cave. I could actually walk and not limp when I left there. It was so nice to feel so good. I had a pain in my neck which was making it difficult for me to turn my neck. It was gone. I slept good last night. I will continue to visit the salt cave often. I feel so good.
The stress leaves your body as soon as you walk in and you feel so calm after a session in the cave. I will return for the cave and to try out the sauna. Thank you Nikki!!

Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the benefits of the Himalayan salt. I enjoyed my session and will be back. I was also very pleased with my purchases!!
