Love the ambience and zero gravity chairs. Air smelled so clean and pure.
I Went there yesterday morning for my first time. 45 minutes flew by! No electronics- just peaceful music and total relaxation. When leaving the Cave I Noticed immediately I was not as stiff as usual. The Natural anti inflammatories worked for me. Tried to focus on breathing deeply while in there, but think I fell asleep for part of the session. Today, I still feel like my breathing is still clearer and deeper. I will definitely return-going to try an evening session next time. So relaxing before bedtime.
What a relaxing way to start the day with my wife for her birthday. As a sufferer of allergies, I've notice a significant reduction of problems since the treatment. Would go back. Definitely recommend.
