I’m not sure if litigation can ever be described as a pleasure, but Richard’s approach makes it more palatable than would otherwise be the case. Like most barristers he knows the law but for me, his big plus is a well developed strategic and tactical approach which encompasses use of the court process, combined with his openness to real world dialogue.
Highly recommended service from a likeable bloke. He doesn't take prisoners in the courtroom.
