I'll be honest - I'm very disappointed with your service, and I'm very offended that my 8 years of experience is not appreciated. Unfortunately, I have to inform you that I am leaving for another (larger and better known exchange), where there are no such rules and the administration is interested in cooperation with freelancers, unlike PPH. Most likely, I will not recommend your exchange to my international community of freelancers. Instead of keeping up with the times, your exchange is stuck somewhere in the 2000s.
Absolutely terrible. Broken and unusable platform. Weeks and weeks without any way to contact them beyond a support ticket that goes unanswered. And to top it off, I just got an email soliciting a review here, but the link was completely broken! True representation on how bad this company is. The worst. no costumer service at all. They dont even reply to the received tickets, just mark them as solved. Its bad beyond belief.
They no longer have any customer service so you can't resolve issues. They have robots that randomly block your communication with freelancers making it impossible to run a business. Totally rubbish. I'm going to loo elsewhere.
Be careful!!! from them!!? You can't trust them. The freelancer took the money, didn't finish the job and the company can't do anything to refund us even that the freelancer admit she didn't finish the job. The company peopleperour just tell me for months!!! That they taking care of the issue. Don't trust this guys. I have got about 100 emails with them with 1 single project only!!! And it's all about 20$!!! Go to "Upwork", never got problems with them for all our projects.
