Karen was soo kind and helpful !! We were coming from Norfolk to Skeggy for the day and despite taking 4 hours instead of 2 , due to a road closure in Boston , she saved our scooters for us. Her instructions on how to use them were clear and concise and she was very patient with my very nervous sister who ended up being a mobility scooter convert !! If I could leave 6 stars I would. Customer service outstanding.
The lady who served me here was brilliant. I wanted a basket for my mobility scooter , but it wasn't very big so she sold me a bag to put on the bag which was much better. She was extremely helpful. I will definitely go there again.
