These people come to my house to torture me give me different medication to kill me feel like killing myself I have been suffering for saviour anxiety for nearly 9 or more months since these people come to my house I feel petrified in my own house my condition has never been this bad aall my life
Actively made me worse. They have no education about autism and have a worrying lack of care and effort. They make you think they’re listening but they just want to get you out. I was advised to do the bins to make me feel better which even the persons colleague was like no that is just sad. Shockingly bad advice. Also with other sentiments like don’t think about being suicidal just think start a new chapter. Damn I think I’m cured now. Would give zero. How are these guys allowed to treat?
They don't even care about the well-being of the people trying to access their service. I have had 3x 1 hour long assessments, each time they have told me "I don't need their help"..... They just took me off the medication I was on, and needed, and left me to suffer. I unfortunately had to access this service yet again for the fourth time, as apparently it is my only option. I've only been to Pentwyn once for my mental health - I saw a mental health nurse and a social worker for an initial assessment. Yhey were both brilliant - I felt safe, heard and I also felt they treated me like a whole person rather than a patient / disease.
